Fiesta Winery is family-owned and deeply rooted in the traditions of Texas Wine. Their Fredericksburg location, nestled on Highway 290, boasts a charming tasting room that blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The winery’s dedication to providing a welcoming atmosphere is evident in its beautifully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the picturesque Texas Hill Country.
As a note, when we visited Fiesta Winery, it was in its original location in Fredericksburg. It has since moved over to the Arch Ray facility down the road, and we haven’t been there yet. Wines are the same, just a different facility.

While the wine pricing is pretty darn good for Texas wines, I honestly didn’t taste any of their wines that wowed me. They have a great selection of wine, and none of them are bad. However, I found it difficult to find one that really stands out.
